Misery Loves Company (Starter for Homelander)
Skidding to a stop in a residential area, Eobard checks a device to confirm the current date. "Right on target." He said as he looks to see a group of bewildered thugs hanging out nearby. A cruel smirk crosses his lips as he starts to walk towards them, causing the men to attempt to flee.
"Heh. Time to cause some trouble. Hopefully they'll send him after me." He says, disappearing in a bolt of electricity as he gives chase to the thugs.

It was a brief matter of time later and the news crews descended. In that time, Homelander would act as if he was looking for any survivors in a faux seriousness that he had perfected over the years.
