Skidding to a stop in a residential area, Eobard checks a device to confirm the current date. "Right on target." He said as he looks to see a group of bewildered thugs hanging out nearby. A cruel smirk crosses his lips as he starts to walk towards them, causing the men to attempt to flee.

"Heh. Time to cause some trouble. Hopefully they'll send him after me." He says, disappearing in a bolt of electricity as he gives chase to the thugs.

He had been groomed for righteousness- to an extent. He was also meant to be a god among the common people and among the supes. Why shouldn't he be able to enjoy the total fruits of his labor?

"Tempting, isn't it? I can tell by your reaction." He says. "I'll make sure that you're the only one anyone needs. They'll worship the ground you walk on."

He hooks an arm around Homelander's shoulder.

"All I need to get started, is a base of operations. You can help with that, right?"
